No. 1 Top Workplace in Montana Awarded to Missoula Bone & Joint

Congratulations to Missoula Bone & Joint for being awarded the Number 1 Top Workplace in Montana in the large employer category. We are so incredibly proud of our MBJ team for so many reasons and this honor just reinforces how special our team is that created the culture that got us this recognition! Culture is not created by one person, not management, not supervisors, but all of us – which is why this recognition is so significant.

The company (Energage) that does these surveys ranks according to national standards established by 450 million data points by 23 million employee voices and 70,000 organizations so this data is statistically significant and not some panel picking their favorite. This recognition is based entirely on employee survey scores and feedback. Energage states this award means a culture has been created where employees feel engaged, appreciated and fulfilled. It truly is MBJ’s goal to have a people first culture. We will continue to listen and make this a place where our employees all feel valued and heard.

The 2022 Top Workplace Montana also had 14 Special Award categories which are chosen based on employee responses to specific survey questions. We are proud to have won the “Doers” award. The comments that our teammates stated with this category are:
