PATIENT SATISFACTION SURVEY
At Missoula Bone & Joint, our goal is to give you the best possible orthopedic care. To do so, it is important that we know your thoughts about the care you are receiving. We need to know what we are doing right and in what areas we can improve. In August of 2023 we implemented a new system for gaining patient feedback via a phone call, email or text message to gather this important information. The survey is sent to you via a third party company called Mod Med (Modernizing Medicine). We do review all comments on the patient survey and may contact you if follow up is needed.
