Glenn Jarrett, MD

Dr. Glenn Jarrett is a board certified, fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon, who specializes in all conditions of the foot and ankle, including foot and ankle reconstruction. He has been an instrumental part of the development of Missoula Bone & Joint since 1999.

Foot and ankle reconstruction might sound extreme, but ultimately, it has a simple goal: to make mobility easier and more comfortable for you. There can be a variety of conditions that might require foot or ankle surgery, from arthritis to fractures, tendon injuries and torn ligaments. Whether you need a limited procedure or an ankle replacement, Dr. Jarrett has the expertise to help. Foot and ankle surgery doesn’t need to be intimidating when you have the Missoula Bone & Joint Team ready to work with you from initial consultation through post-op recovery and beyond.

Dr. Glenn Jarrett uses the Infinity Ankle for total joint ankle replacement, one option for treatment of ankle arthritis. This is a sophisticated system that uses computer assisted preoperative planning.

Dr Jarrett was raised in Montana, and is a graduate of Big Sky High School, here in Missoula. After taking care of patients, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, fly fishing, playing sports, hiking and reading history. Dr. Jarrett has been the sports physician at Big Sky High School for many years, giving back to the community and helping the next generation of athletes.

Clyde Kidd is a Physician Assistant, PA-C, who works closely with Dr. Jarrett in both surgery and the clinic. Clyde also evaluates and treats patients who come to our Orthopedic Urgent Care.

Dr. Jarrett has been involved in local sports medical coverage for many years.

On May 13th, 2015 Dr. Glenn Jarrett received the Ray Rocene Award at the sports awards banquet for years of volunteering in the training rooms as well as coaching with the Big Sky Wrestling Program.
