Past records and imaging are needed for chronic non-emergent care if you have previously been treated by an orthopedist, podiatrist, pain specialist or spine provider. Before we may consider scheduling you for an appointment, we will need records & imaging for review. Review of records is not a guarantee of a scheduled appointment.
