    Aubrey Barton is a certified physician assistant (PA-C) who specializes in sports injuries, joint replacement, and adult/pediatric fracture care. She completed her undergraduate education in 2012 at the University of Colorado in Boulder, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in molecular, cellular, and developmental biology. She then completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) in 2016 at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Previously, Aubrey worked in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, for 5 years as an orthopedic PA-C, where she treated patients of all ages. She loves both the clinic and the operating room, where she is well-versed in arthroscopic surgeries, arthroplasty of the knee and shoulder, and fracture fixation.

    Aubrey joins the Missoula Bone & Joint team with her husband, Cameron Barton, who is an orthopedic surgeon. Her favorite activities include mountain biking, hiking, skiing, paddle boarding, and wake surfing. She and her husband have two daughters and spend most of their time adventuring together as a family.

    Hobbies/Personal Interests:

    Aubrey has enjoyed mountain biking and hiking in Missoula and Whitefish with her husband, as well as hiking the “M” and visiting some of the restaurants and shops downtown. She also enjoys skiing, paddle boarding, wake surfing, cooking/baking, reading, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
