Dr. Allmacher specializes in total joint replacement of the hip and knee. Kelly was recognized for this honor at the AAOE National Conference in Dallas in October.
Becker's Healthcare Top 10 Total Joint ASC (ambulatory surgery center) Physicians to Know
Dr. David Allmacher is listed in the top 10 for Becker's Healthcare Total Joint Surgeons at an ASC on June 28th, 2021. An Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) is a highly regulated health care facility that provides outpatient surgery and preventive care. ASCs meet extensive state and federal requirements and are reviewed regularly to ensure safety and quality. New technology and techniques have made outpatient surgery safer and more comfortable. Missoula Bone & Joint's ASC started performing total joint surgeries in January 2020 with the opening of our new facility, that includes six private overnight suites. The article was published in the Outpatient Surgery Magazine’s September Issue. At Missoula Bone & Joint Surgery Center we pride ourselves on proactive protocols and practices that greatly minimize surgical site infections in our patient population. We are an orthopedic specialty ambulatory surgery center that has doubled our capacity and added total joint replacement and spine surgery to our scope of services since January 2020. We have notched up our diligence even more to prevent SSIs using many evidence based approaches to reduce risk. As a result, our rates of infection remain continuously extremely low. READ MORE
