Foot & Ankle Specialty Clinic

You probably don’t give much thought to the toll your feet take on a daily basis – until you experience foot or ankle pain. As complex, weight-bearing structures, your feet and ankles are highly susceptible to all types of acute or chronic injuries. Sports, falls, and other accidents can result in fractures, sprains, tendonitis, etc.

As you age, foot problems are most frequently caused by arthritis, nerve damage, aging, poor blood circulation, diabetes, and infection that can result in ulcers or sores and deformities.

Whether you experience foot problems due to an injury or aging, pain can limit your mobility and restrict your function. At Missoula Bone & Joint Foot & Ankle Specialty Clinic, our team consists of Glenn Jarrett, MD, Brent Roster, MD, and Physician Assistants, Clyde Kidd and Sarah Zueck. They have extensive experience in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of foot and ankle disorders. Using traditional treatment methods and state-of-the-art surgical procedures, our foot and ankle specialists can help prevent or correct foot problems and minimize the risk of complications.

Most foot and ankle conditions can be treated without surgery. We also offer physical therapy to help strengthen your foot or ankle after an injury or surgery. Our therapists will work alongside your doctor to create a care plan that’s tailored for your specific needs and goals.

In addition, your doctor may recommend orthotics, or shoe inserts that are customized to the unique shape of your foot. They can help balance foot deformities and correct mis-alignments to reduce foot pain and make walking more comfortable. Orthotics may also help you avoid surgery.

You don’t have to live with foot and ankle pain. Our foot doctors will evaluate your problem and provide effective treatment options. For an appointment, call Missoula Bone & Joint at (406) 721-4436 or request an appointment online.
