What to expect:

Testimonials

Wellness Program at Missoula Bone & Joint - Orthopedic Urgent Care - Surgery Center - Western Montana

“I found both Emily and Linsey to be wonderful to work with. They spent a lot of time just listening to me and counseling me and truly made me feel special. They never made me feel bad about not meeting a goal and taught me that changes in nutrition and exercise are not things that I could change overnight but a lifetime process. I would highly recommend this program!” – Joy J.

"I really enjoyed working with both Emily and Linsey. Both were willing to help me use my FitBit and MyFitBuddy programs by incorporating them into my program. I enjoyed being able to use my home gym equipment daily, without having to go to a gym outside my home.” – Angie B.

"As a breast cancer survivor I needed the support of a dietitian to figure out what supplements I should keep taking and which ones were not serving me any longer. Lower back pain was a hurdle to maintaining an exercise program. Linsey assessed my lower back and gave me a program to get my lower back stronger before I started an active lifestyle program." – Julie M.
